The Estate
ARDOCH IS A STORY OF BEAUTIFUL, NATURAL SPACES
Surrounded by expansive skylines, soaring mountains and breath-taking views over one of Scotland’s most iconic lochs, our dramatic setting draws people in.
Where everything comes naturally
There’s something incredibly special about Ardoch, and all the natural spaces we have here. Let’s start outside, on the edge of our lush lawn, with Loch Lomond glistening in the distance.
We are set in 133 acres of private land, so as well as taking in the incredible vistas, you can wander, stroll, run or tromp through the expansive grounds.
You’ll find shady woodlands, a fire pit, fields, a small sheltered walled garden, covered terraces with soft seating and a large lawn that beckons you to sit awhile.
Then let’s move to the collection of buildings that together make up the Ardoch Estate.
Ardoch House is a charming farmhouse that has been totally re-imagined to become what it is today - a simply lovely exclusive use house, with a cosy drawing room and wood burning stove, dining room and four big bedrooms.
Then there’s The Barn, originally part of a working farm that has undergone an incredible transformation. Today it’s a modern, sociable hub that's home to a host of meeting rooms, breakout areas, snug corners and even bedrooms.
Finally, the lovely farm cottages, which, from the outside, appear unchanged. However, inside, find a building of two halves, with bedrooms on the ground floor and upstairs, running the entire length of the building, a large bright meeting room, kitchen and lounge area.
These three very different buildings seamlessly blend the old and new Ardoch, all bordering a central inner courtyard, with access to the gardens and outdoor spaces from all sides.
So when we say Ardoch is a story of beautiful, natural spaces, we really do mean it.
